This tv is still going strong 9 months later. I believe the colors are even better as well. Since it isn't as prone to image retention as when it was new, the whites don't stick around so it stays darker.

I use this tv for everything, from games to photo slides to movies and regular cable. 

I primarly have this tv hooked up via hdmi and i love it. It has great quality and I am still happy with my purchase to this day. 

Remember if you buy a plasma to break it in properly. If you do so you will prolong the life of your tv and gain many hours of enjoyment out of it.
